香港中文大学（深圳）附属明德高级中学日前举行新学期开学典礼，邀请新加坡工程院院士、港中深人工智能学院院长李海洲作院士讲座，向学生阐述人工智能正在重塑时代浪潮1。李海洲同时担任院士班名誉班主任1。
开学典礼上，鲁江书记以"让校园因强大积极的学习者而伟大"为题讲授思政第一课，勉励学生"像科学家一样思考，像工程师一样创造，像艺术家一样设计，像文学家一样创作，像企业家一样创业"1。开学典礼还表彰了优秀家长，邀请2023级优秀毕业生代表陈嘉信分享成长经验，其高考成绩为616分，已被香港中文大学（深圳）录取1。
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) Affiliated Mingde Senior High School held its new semester opening ceremony, featuring an academician lecture by Lee Hai-zhou, a Fellow of the Singapore Academy of Engineering and Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence at Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) 1. Lee's lecture explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping the contemporary era 1.
During the ceremony, school leadership delivered educational and inspirational messages to students. Secretary Lu Jiang conducted a political theory first lesson titled "Making Campus Great Through Strong and Positive Learners," encouraging students to "think like scientists, create like engineers, design like artists, compose like writers, and innovate like entrepreneurs" 1. The school also recognized outstanding parents and invited a representative from the graduating class of 2023 to share growth experiences 1. Graduate Chen Jiaxin, who achieved a gaokao score of 616 and was admitted to Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), was among those highlighted 1. Lee Hai-zhou serves as honorary class mentor for the academy fellow program 1.
