中央气象台：北方地区将出现明显降雨降温过程

中央气象台预报，9月7日至9日冷空气将影响北方大部地区，带来显著降雨和降温天气12。前期内蒙古、甘肃、云南、广东等地已出现中到大雨，其中云南普洱局地最大小时降雨量达85.3毫米，内蒙古兴安盟、云南普洱、广东阳江和深圳等地局地出现暴雨或大暴雨，降雨量100至108.9毫米1。

预计未来三天，西北地区东部、华北等地将有小到中雨局地大到暴雨，其中山西中部、河北西部、陕西中部、山西西南部、甘肃南部等地部分地区有暴雨，降雨量50至120毫米12。北方大部分地区将出现4至6℃降温，内蒙古、甘肃、陕西、华北西部、黄淮西部等地局地降温8至10℃12。到9月8日至9日，华北南部、黄淮等地降温4至6℃，部分地区降温8至10℃，其中内蒙古东部、吉林西部、黑龙江中部等地降温幅度达14至16℃，太原等地最高气温将降至20℃以下，多地气温将创下半年来新低3。

气象部门特别提醒，此次过程伴有4至5级风，阵风6至7级，渤海风力将达6至7级、阵风8级12。强降雨可能引发山洪、地质灾害、滑坡、泥石流等次生灾害，需做好防范123。

China's Central Meteorological Administration has issued forecasts for a major weather system affecting northern regions from September 7 to 9.12 A cold air mass will bring notable precipitation and cooling across the north, with temperatures expected to fall 4 to 6 degrees Celsius in most areas, and 8 to 10 degrees in some locations.12 Heavy rainfall is anticipated in parts of northwestern China's eastern sections, north China, as well as portions of the Sichuan Basin and southwestern regions.2

Prior to this forecasted period, several areas had already experienced significant precipitation, including parts of Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, Gansu, and Guangdong, with localized torrential or severe rainstorms measuring 100 to 108.9 millimeters.1 The city of Pu'er in Yunnan recorded a maximum hourly rainfall of 85.3 millimeters.1 During the forecast window from September 7 to 9, parts of central Shanxi, western Hebei, central Shaanxi, southwestern Shanxi, and southern Gansu are expected to receive heavy rainfall ranging from 50 to 120 millimeters.12

The cooling pattern will intensify from September 8 to 9, with the rain zone shifting southward.3 Specific regions will experience even more dramatic temperature declines: eastern Inner Mongolia, western Jilin, and central Heilongjiang could see drops of 14 to 16 degrees Celsius.3 Taiyuan's daytime high temperature is forecast to fall below 20 degrees Celsius.3 Minimum temperatures across much of northeastern China will dip below 10 degrees, while north-central China and the northwest will hover around 10 degrees, and south-central North China and the Huai River region will reach approximately 15 degrees.3

Winds are expected to range from 4 to 5 levels with gusts reaching 6 to 7 levels, with the Bohai Sea experiencing 6 to 7 level winds and gusts up to 8 levels.1 Meteorological authorities have warned the public to remain vigilant against secondary disasters such as flash floods, landslides, and debris flows that may result from the intense rainfall, and to take precautions against temperature fluctuations that could lead to seasonal illness.23
