Wind conditions will intensify, with 4 to 6 level winds and gusts reaching 6 to 7 levels, while the eastern East China Sea and waters east of Taiwan face 6 to 7 level winds with gusts of 8 to 9 levels 1. Authorities have urged the public to remain vigilant against secondary disasters including flash floods, geological hazards, and urban waterlogging caused by heavy rainfall 1.
