40余年老"技校"：用一把刻刀、一道弧光勾勒草原孩子的未来

内蒙古兴安盟科右中旗中等职业学校是一所扎根草原40余年的老牌职业学校，近年来通过创新教学模式，为地方培养实用人才并服务基层社区。1学校在2018年建设了"校中厂"实景实践基地，覆盖八大专业，实现了教室与车间、教师与师傅的深度融合。1同时，学校推行"课堂+非遗+文创"三维育人模式，传承蒙古族皮雕等非遗技艺，这一创新做法在2026年荣获内蒙古自治区职业教育教学成果一等奖。1

学校的办学成效显著。近3年毕业生升学率大幅提升，其中2026届275名毕业生中有254人升入高等院校。1学生在实践中展现出较强的创新能力——高三学生白呼格吉乐从高二开始独立接单，一年接过70多单；1学生梁悦发现通过应用AI技术，可将制作一套复杂皮雕纹样的时间从四五天缩短至一两天；1学生白黎光则完成了"一种前挂式割草机"的创新设计，获得国家实用新型专利授权。1此外，学校近3年来累计为本土牧民提供技能培训超900人次，有力支撑了基层发展。1

The Inner Mongolia Xing'an League Ke You Zhong Banner Secondary Vocational School has served the grassland region for over 40 years, evolving into a model institution that bridges traditional craftsmanship with modern industrial training.1 The school has grown substantially, with its student enrollment expanding from 356 students a decade ago to its current size, driven by innovative educational approaches and practical training facilities.1

A defining feature of the institution is its "factory within school" experiential practice base, established in 2018, which spans eight major specializations and integrates classroom learning directly with workshop production.1 This model merges traditional teaching with hands-on training under the supervision of skilled practitioners. The school pioneered a three-dimensional educational framework combining "classroom + intangible cultural heritage + cultural creation," which earned the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's first-class vocational education teaching achievement award in 2026.1 Through this approach, the institution preserves Mongolian ethnic leather carving techniques and similar intangible cultural heritage while simultaneously developing practical expertise in fields such as electromechanics.1

Among the 275 graduates in the class of 2026, 254 advanced to higher education institutions, demonstrating significantly improved enrollment rates over the past three years.1 Individual students exemplify the program's success: senior student Bai Hugemile began accepting independent commissions from his second year onward, completing over 70 orders within a single year.1 Student Liang Yue noted that artificial intelligence tools have compressed the production time for complex leather carving patterns from four to five days to just one or two days.1 Another student, Bai Liguang, developed an innovative design for a front-mounted grass cutter and secured a national utility model patent for the invention.1

Beyond student development, the school serves the broader community through vocational outreach. Over the past three years, it has provided free skills training to local herders, delivering more than 900 training sessions in total.1
