阿里巴巴与全球服务中心启动Y/OUR SPACE二期，聚焦AI创业生态

9月4日，阿里巴巴与全球服务中心Go Global共建的创业空间Y/OUR SPACE深圳站二期在南山区正式启幕1。该项目一期仅用4个月时间实现100%满租，累计举办40余场出海专题活动，触达企业超850家，吸引74家企业入驻，其中近八成为三人及以下的小团队1。

二期新增73个工位，包括32间个体创业工作室和41个共享工位1。新入驻企业中70%以上聚焦AI+消费电子和AI+出海两大赛道1。同步成立的亲橙发展联盟·大湾区站将为AI创业者和超级个体提供一站式生态赋能和出海支持服务1。

一期运营成果显著，28家企业完成南山注册落地，22家企业在此获得首笔海外订单1。在AI硬件产业生态体验展中，参展企业里南山本土企业占比达53%1。

Alibaba and Go Global, the Global Service Center, unveiled the second phase of their joint entrepreneurship hub Y/OUR SPACE in Shenzhen's Nanshan District on September 41. The expansion introduces 73 new workstations, comprising 32 dedicated studios for individual entrepreneurs and 41 shared workspaces1. The new phase targets two key sectors: AI plus consumer electronics and AI plus cross-border expansion1.

The first phase achieved full occupancy within four months of opening, hosting over 40 export-focused events that reached more than 850 companies, with 74 enterprises establishing operations at the site1. Among these early tenants, nearly 80 percent were small teams of three people or fewer1. The phase one cohort saw tangible business outcomes, with 28 companies completing Nanshan registration and 22 securing their first overseas orders1.

Alongside the facility launch, the partners established the Qiancheng Development Alliance's Greater Bay Area station to provide comprehensive ecosystem support and cross-border expansion services for AI entrepreneurs and independent creators1. Over 70 percent of enterprises signed to phase two focus on the designated AI-driven sectors1. An accompanying AI hardware industry ecosystem exhibition drew participants, with local Nanshan enterprises representing 53 percent of the exhibitors1.
