第24号台风科罗旺目前中心位于琉球群岛那霸市北偏西方向约240公里的东海东部海面，以每小时15-20公里的速度向偏南方向移动1。虽然该台风不会直接登陆中国，但将引发东海等海域大风，其中部分海域风力达89级，阵风可达1011级1。
明日起北方地区将迎来一轮降雨降温过程1。预计北方地区将出现小到中雨，局地大雨或暴雨，降温幅度为46℃，部分地区降温810℃1，同时伴随大风天气1。

Typhoon Korowin, currently positioned approximately 240 kilometers northwest of Naha in the Ryukyu Islands over the eastern East China Sea, is moving southward at a speed of 15–20 kilometers per hour and will not make direct landfall in China 1. However, the storm system is generating strong winds across parts of the East China Sea, with wind speeds of 8–9 levels and gusts reaching 10–11 levels in affected waters 1.
Beginning tomorrow, northern regions of China will enter a period of cooling and precipitation 1. These areas are forecast to experience light to moderate rainfall, with heavy rain or rainstorms possible in localized zones 1. Temperature drops of 4–6 degrees Celsius are expected across much of the north, while some areas may see declines of 8–10 degrees Celsius 1.
