On September 3rd, Shenzhen Huaqiang Wealth Real Estate Co., Ltd. was officially confirmed as the implementation entity for the Huaqiangnan West District urban renewal project in Futian District, marking a significant breakthrough after the initiative was first listed in 2010.1 The project has now entered the development and construction phase following 16 years of advancement.1
The renewal encompasses 33 buildings and 654 property owners, with a demolition land area of 43,000 square meters and a demolition building area exceeding 70,000 square meters.1 The planned development land covers 32,090.1 square meters with a planned construction volume of 299,500 square meters.1 All 654 rights holders have achieved a 100% signing rate as of August 2026.1 The project will integrate residential units including affordable housing, commercial and office spaces, hotels, talent apartments, and public facilities.1
