A teacher at Shenzhen No. 7 High School posted a request online seeking help to purchase commemorative Taiwan Railway tickets from the "Pursuing Points to Success" stations connecting Zhuifen and Chengong 1. After spotting the post, a Taiwanese woman in her sixties surnamed Chu, with ancestral roots in Shandong, took it upon herself to purchase one ticket for each of the fifty students in the class 1. The tickets were dated June 7th, marking the first day of China's national college entrance examination 1.
The commemorative tickets reached Shenzhen on June 18th 1.
