2026年"数据要素×"大赛广东分赛龙华赛站决赛正式启动，39支优秀参赛队伍在交通运输和文物保护利用两大赛道展开竞争1。其中，交通运输赛道有27个项目晋级决赛，文物保护利用赛道有12个项目晋级决赛1。本次广东分赛吸引了超1800个项目申报，最终入围决赛的团队超过400个1。
龙华区近年来积极推进数据要素市场化改革，推出了"龙数贸"和"龙数贷"等创新数据产品1。其中，"龙数贸"已为11家重点外贸企业输出市场分析报告480余份，提供约2.26万条销售线索1；"龙数贷"累计发放贷款320笔，总额达6.17亿元1。龙华区数字经济核心产业总产出已突破6100亿元，增加值占GDP比重达35%1。2025年12月，龙华区印发了《龙华区公共数据资源授权运营实施细则（试行）》与《龙华区公共数据资源授权运营实施方案（试行）》1。
上届赛事中，广东参赛队伍累计拿下18项全国奖项，一等奖及各级别奖项数量均位列全国第一1。
The 2026 "Data Elements ×" Competition Guangdong Division finals have commenced at the Longhua station, with 39 elite teams competing across two specialized tracks: transportation and cultural heritage preservation and utilization 1. A total of 27 projects advanced to the finals in the transportation track, while 12 projects qualified in the cultural heritage track 1.
The Guangdong division drew over 1,800 project applications in total, with more than 400 teams ultimately reaching the finals 1. Longhua District has recently spearheaded data element market reforms, introducing innovative data products such as "Longlong Data Trade" and "Longlong Data Loan" 1. The "Longlong Data Trade" platform has delivered over 480 market analysis reports to 11 major export-focused enterprises and generated approximately 22,600 sales leads 1. Meanwhile, the "Longlong Data Loan" program has disbursed 320 loans totaling 6.17 billion yuan 1.
The district's digital economy has achieved substantial growth, with the core industry output exceeding 6.1 billion yuan, representing 35 percent of the region's GDP 1. These initiatives are supported by policy frameworks established in December 2025, including the Implementation Guidelines and Implementation Plan for Public Data Resource Authorization and Operation in Longhua District 1. In the previous competition cycle, Guangdong teams secured 18 national awards, leading the nation in both first-place finishes and total award count across all categories 1.
