9月3日下午，深圳市应急管理局、深圳市教育局在赤湾学校联合举办开学安全第一课主题活动1。参与活动的四年级学生共130名，来自5个班级1。本次活动采取视频教学、技能授课、疏散演练、实景体验等多种形式相结合的方式1，系统传授防灾减灾、消防安全、交通安全等关键安全知识1。
活动内容涵盖防踩踏、溺水自救、气道梗阻急救、电动车应急处置等多个方面，其中还包括了泥头车盲区体验环节1。通过这种沉浸式体验方式，旨在增强学生的安全意识和应急处置能力1。该活动由南山区第二外国语学校（集团）赤湾学校承办1。
On September 3rd, the Shenzhen Emergency Management Bureau and Education Bureau jointly hosted a themed "First Safety Lesson" activity at Chiwan School, bringing together 130 fourth-grade students across five classes 1. The event combined multiple educational approaches to equip young learners with comprehensive safety knowledge through hands-on experience.
The activity featured an integrated program encompassing video instruction, skills training, evacuation drills, and immersive experiences 1. Students gained practical knowledge across several critical areas, including disaster prevention and mitigation, fire safety, traffic safety, emergency response for electric vehicles, crowd crush prevention, water rescue techniques, airway obstruction first aid, and blind spot awareness around concrete mixer trucks 1.
The program was organized by the Shenzhen Emergency Management Bureau and Shenzhen Education Bureau, with Chiwan School—part of the Nanshan District Second Foreign Language School Group—serving as the host venue 1.
