安徽宿州正在从传统农业大市蝶变为"中国云都"。1宿州高新区建成的算力产业园总占地面积约230亩，目前已有两栋数据中心投运，两栋主体建设完成。1该产业园部署超算、智算、通算"三算并举"，其中智算部署服务器超千台，总算力约4000P；超算部署服务器1550台，算力约15P；通算存储规模超过1.55万TB。1

通过网络优化，宿州已将数据传输时延从原来的20-30毫秒压缩至5毫秒左右。1作为国家十大数据中心集群布局中芜湖算力集群的补充节点，宿州正成为长三角地区算力供给的重要后盾。1宿州地处苏鲁豫皖四省交界，京沪干线穿境而过。1

Suzhou in northern Anhui province has undergone a remarkable transition from a traditional agricultural powerhouse to a major computing center.1 The city's high-tech development zone has established a computing industry park covering approximately 230 acres, with two data centers currently operational and two additional facilities completing their main construction phases.1

The computing park employs a "three-pronged approach" integrating intelligent computing, supercomputing, and general-purpose computing infrastructure.1 The intelligent computing segment operates over 1,000 servers with a total capacity of approximately 4,000 petaflops, while the supercomputing facility deploys 1,550 servers delivering roughly 15 petaflops of computational power.1 General-purpose computing infrastructure provides storage capacity exceeding 15,500 terabytes.1

Through network optimization efforts, the park has reduced data transmission latency from 20-30 milliseconds to approximately 5 milliseconds, positioning Suzhou as a critical computational resource hub for the Yangtze River Delta region.1 The city's strategic location at the intersection of four provinces—Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, and Anhui—with the Beijing-Shanghai fiber optic trunk line running through its territory, has facilitated this development.1 Within China's national framework of ten major data center clusters, Suzhou functions as a supplementary node for the Wuhu computing cluster.1
