集团现有省市区级名校长、名教师和名班主任100余名，专业外语教师350余名1。在第四届全国中小学青年教师教学竞赛中，南外的周舟、何敏儿老师分别荣获中学和小学英语组第一名1。未来集团将探索构建1+N大研修模式，组织各处室、部门分批次赴全国基础教育名校实地研修1。
