The subdistrict has created a dual-language service matrix and established a foreign-affairs mediation pioneer team alongside an export-oriented enterprise service platform to support local businesses.1 Since August, the service team has organized civil servant inspections three times weekly at key Hezhao projects, verifying construction safety compliance, dust and noise control, and adherence to civilized construction standards.1 Additionally, the team performs traffic order management three times weekly throughout the jurisdiction.1
Environmental improvements have been a priority, with the subdistrict completing 63 remediation activities since August, addressing 1,038 instances of disorder-related violations and overstocking issues.1 To enhance public health, the team has deployed high-efficiency mosquito traps across 75 residential communities and three parks.1 These efforts aim to elevate the international image of the frontier district while strengthening community-level governance.
