Erin Hoggett, a former KPMG executive, has filed a lawsuit in the New South Wales Supreme Court against the firm following her termination in July 1. Hoggett was dismissed after sensitive Lendlease board documents were found in her work locker, according to the new chief executive John Samms 1. The dismissal has resulted in substantial financial losses for Hoggett, who claims she has forfeited accumulated annual leave, retirement benefits accumulated over 21 years as a partner, and her final month's salary 1.
