中国"70后"官员晋升进入关键期

上海市委副书记、市政府党组书记朱忠明（1972年生）成为最新一位晋升至正部级的"70后"官员，现年54岁1。根据公开资料，目前共有7位"70后"正部级官员，包括阿东、刘捷、卢东亮、韦韜、张成中、刘小涛，以及已被免职的李云泽1。

"70后"官员的晋升速度相对缓慢，与现任政治局常委的晋升轨迹形成对比1。习近平46岁时担任福建省代省长，不满50岁即为浙江省委书记，54岁升任政治局常委1。当前政治局常委中，李强57岁时任江苏省委书记，趙樂際42岁担任青海省代省长、46岁为青海省委书记1。

距离中共二十一大召开还有一年多时间，新一轮人事调整已在进行中，"70后"官员群体的崛起已进入关键时期1。

Xi Jinping assumed the role of acting provincial governor of Fujian at age 46, became party secretary of Zhejiang before turning 50, and was promoted to the Standing Committee of the Politburo at 54 1. Similarly, Li Qiang held the position of party secretary of Jiangsu Province at age 57, while Zhao Leji served as acting provincial governor of Qinghai at 42 and party secretary of Qinghai by age 46 1. With more than a year remaining before the 21st National Congress of the Communist Party of China, new rounds of personnel adjustments are already underway, marking a critical juncture for the rise of officials from the 1970s generation 1.
