The revival of the typhoon has triggered widespread weather alerts across the region. Guangdong provincial authorities adjusted their emergency response to typhoon defense Level IV, with 44 locations across the province issuing typhoon warning signals 1. The system is forecast to pass over the sea 250 to 350 kilometers from Shenzhen, with coastal gusts reaching level 7 1. Eastern Guangdong and southeastern Fujian face the greatest risk, with some areas potentially experiencing extreme rainfall of 250 to 300 millimeters driven by Sadir's outer circulation bands 1.
