设立五周年 北交所含"新"量不断提升

北京证券交易所迎来宣布设立五周年。1截至9月1日收盘，北交所上市公司从开市初期的81家扩容至339家，1总市值约8500亿元。2合格投资者突破1000万户以上，12是开市时的近三倍，2日均成交额从不足10亿元跃升至200亿元以上。12

在服务中小企业和科创企业方面，北交所表现出色。北交所累计服务中小企业融资近800亿元，2其中超六成上市公司为国家级专精特新小巨人企业。22026年新股小巨人占比高达91%。1募集资金八成以上投向绿色低碳、数字经济、高端装备制造、新材料等领域。2

从业绩表现看，北交所上市公司持续保持增长态势。2026年上半年，板块上市公司合计营收1385.66亿元，同比增长15.11%，1归母净利润117.83亿元，同比增长17.58%，1超八成企业实现盈利，盈利面达83.19%。1其中次新股净利润增速达到59%。1机构投资者交易占比由开市时的9%提升至24%，2显示市场结构不断优化。

The Beijing Stock Exchange has experienced substantial expansion since its establishment five years ago, transforming from a modest startup into a significant platform for small and medium-sized enterprises.12 The exchange was formally announced on September 2, 2021, and commenced trading on November 15 of that year.1

The exchange's listed companies have grown from 81 at inception to 339 as of September 1, 2026.12 Total market capitalization has reached approximately 8.5 billion yuan.2 Qualified investors on the platform have surpassed 11 million accounts, nearly tripling from the initial base of around 4 million.12 Daily average trading volume has surged from less than 1 billion yuan at launch to over 200 billion yuan in recent periods.12 Institutional investor trading has increased from 9 percent of total volume at opening to 24 percent currently.2

The exchange has become a core financing hub for specialized and sophisticated enterprises, with over 60 percent of listed companies designated as national-level "specialized and sophisticated small giant" enterprises.2 In the first half of 2026, listed companies collectively generated 138.566 billion yuan in revenue, representing a 15.11 percent year-over-year increase.1 Net profit attributable to parent companies reached 11.783 billion yuan, up 17.58 percent from the prior year.1 Over 83 percent of companies achieved profitability, while newly listed stocks demonstrated net profit growth of 59 percent.1 The exchange has cumulatively facilitated financing of approximately 800 billion yuan for small and medium enterprises, with over 80 percent of raised capital directed toward green and low-carbon sectors, digital economy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and new materials.2 Additionally, the exchange has processed 18.9 trillion yuan in government bond issuances, including 17.4 trillion yuan in national bonds and 1.5 trillion yuan in local government bonds.2
