Operations must be suspended or terminated if wind speeds exceed Force 6, sudden heavy rain or thunderstorms occur, or if shell misfires and tipping incidents happen1. Additionally, temporary storage sites must be supervised by dedicated personnel 24 hours a day, and the site cannot be entered for cleanup until at least 30 minutes after the display concludes1.
