習近平出席上合峰會 願加強協調烏克蘭與中東問題

中國國家主席習近平出席上海合作組織成員國元首理事會第26次會議，在俄羅斯總統普丁和伊朗總統裴澤斯基安等與會領導人面前表示，中方願在烏克蘭、中東、阿富汗等國際和地區熱點問題上加強溝通協調，堅持標本兼治，推動政治解決1。

習近平強調上合組織成立於2001年6月，經過25年發展已成為世界上幅員最廣、人口最多、發展潛力巨大的新型區域合作組織1。他宣布中方將向上合組織國家建設國際人工智慧應用合作中心，在未來3年與上合組織國家聯合實施100個科技合作項目，同時推進與成員國在科技、能源、安全等領域的合作1。此外，習近平強調應嚴防外部勢力干涉各國內政、危害政治安全、破壞地區穩定1。上合組織的成員國已擴增至10個1。

Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the 26th meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of State on September 1, 2026, where he expressed willingness to strengthen communication and coordination with member nations on international and regional hotspots, including Ukraine, the Middle East, and Afghanistan, with the goal of advancing political settlements.1 The meeting brought together leaders including Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iranian President Pezeshkian.1

Xi characterized the SCO's greatest achievement over its 25-year history as becoming the world's largest regional cooperation organization in terms of territorial span and population, with substantial development potential.1 He announced plans to establish an international artificial intelligence application cooperation center for SCO member states and committed to implementing 100 joint scientific and technological cooperation projects with member nations over the next three years.1 Xi also emphasized the need to prevent external interference in member states' internal affairs, protect political security, and maintain regional stability.1

The SCO was established in June 2001 and has since expanded to include ten member states.1
