南都报社《圳街评测·APEC城区环境大调研》第二期曝光深圳龙城、松岗、蛇口、莲塘四个街道的飞线充电、车辆违停、绿化粗放等市容问题后，相关街道迅速启动专项整改行动1。各街道通过执法整治、设施升级和机制建设等措施，已对大部分曝光点位进行了改善1。
龙城街道成效最为显著，占道经营问题较5月下降56%1。该街道集中整治189场次，累计处置占道经营、乱堆乱放等问题3364宗，同时完成多杆合一528处、拆除冗余标识牌664处1。松岗街道在勋业街完成了人行道、非机动车道与机动车道的"三区分离"改造，并规划新增非机动车停车位，规划摊位数525个1。蛇口街道于8月19日对东角头地铁口、蛇口广场及南山妇幼周边的电动车与共享单车开展了集中清理1。莲塘街道调度环卫、绿化应急队伍15人及车辆3台次，清理绿化垃圾0.4吨，本月开展专项巡查12次，整改绿化养护问题30余处、环卫保洁问题20余处1。各街道表示将建立长效管理机制，以迎接APEC盛会1。
Following publication of the second phase of Shenzhen Street Rating: APEC Urban Environment Survey by Southern Metropolis Daily, which highlighted municipal hygiene violations across four subdistricts, Longcheng, Song'ang, Shekou, and Lianhua subdistricts have initiated comprehensive remedial measures 1. The problems initially exposed included illegal charging cables, vehicle parking violations, inadequate greening maintenance, and unlicensed street vending 1.
Longcheng Subdistrict has demonstrated the most significant progress, with unlicensed vending incidents declining 56.13 percent compared to May 1. The subdistrict conducted 189 enforcement operations, addressing 3,364 violations including unlicensed vending and disorderly stacking of goods, while completing consolidation of 528 multi-utility poles and removing 664 redundant signage boards 1.
Song'ang Subdistrict completed pedestrian pathway renovation along Xunye Street, implementing separation between pedestrian, non-motorized vehicle, and motorized vehicle lanes, with plans to add non-motorized parking spaces and designate 525 new vending stalls 1.
Shekou Subdistrict conducted concentrated clearance operations on August 19 targeting electric bicycles and shared bicycles around Dongjiaotou Metro Station, Shekou Plaza, and Nanshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital 1.
Liantha Subdistrict mobilized environmental sanitation and greening emergency teams totaling 15 personnel and three vehicles, removing 0.4 tons of greening waste and conducting 12 specialized inspections this month, addressing over 30 greening maintenance issues and 20 sanitation concerns 1.
All subdistricts have committed to establishing long-term management mechanisms ahead of the APEC summit 1.
