卫生资源总量稳步增长，2025年末全国卫生技术人员达1345.5万人，较上年增加43.5万人（增长3.3%），每千人口执业(助理)医师和注册护士分别达3.78人和4.32人1。医疗服务量方面，2025年全国医疗卫生机构总诊疗人次为106.5亿，较上年增加5.1亿人次，但入院人次为29910.7万，较上年减少1281.3万人次1。在医疗费用方面，医院次均住院费用和次均门诊费用按可比价格分别下降1.0%和0.9%，降至9768.9元和357.7元1。此外，2025年全国卫生总费用初步推算为93367.2亿元，占GDP比重为6.7%，人均卫生总费用为6637.9元1。

The average hospitalization cost per visit was 9,768.9 yuan, down 1.0% at comparable prices, and the average outpatient cost was 357.7 yuan, down 0.9% at comparable prices 1. Furthermore, the total national health expenditure was initially estimated at 9,336.72 billion yuan, accounting for 6.7% of the GDP, with the per capita health expenditure reaching 6,637.9 yuan 1.
