工信部：我国新能源汽车产业规模已超千万辆级

2025年8月26日，工业和信息化部副部长辛国斌在国新办于北京举行的发布会上介绍，“十四五”期间我国新能源汽车产业规模已从百万辆级跃升至千万辆级 1。数据显示，我国新能源汽车年销量从136.7万辆增加到1649万辆，在汽车新车销售中的占比从5.4%提高到47.9% 1。

此外，我国新能源汽车、动力电池及关键材料产量占到全球的70%以上，产品远销到100多个国家和地区 1。针对产业存在的非理性竞争、产品质量和安全等问题，工业和信息化部研究制定了《智能网联新能源汽车产业发展“十五五”规划》 1。该规划提出了提升产品供给质量、优化配套使用环境、完善行业治理体系、深化国际合作交流四项重点举措 1。

China's new energy vehicle (NEV) industry has leaped from the million-unit level to the ten-million-unit level during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, according to Xin Guobin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology 1. Speaking at a State Council Information Office press conference in Beijing on August 26, Xin noted that annual NEV sales surged from 1.367 million to 16.49 million units 1. Consequently, the share of NEVs in total new car sales increased from 5.4% to 47.9% 1. Furthermore, China's production of NEVs, power batteries, and key materials now accounts for over 70% of the global total, with products exported to more than 100 countries and regions 1.

To address existing issues such as irrational competition, product quality, and safety concerns, the ministry has formulated the 15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicle Industry 1. The plan outlines four key initiatives: improving the quality of product supply, optimizing the supporting usage environment, perfecting the industry governance system, and deepening international cooperation and exchanges 1.
