台灣陸委會副主委沈有忠表示，面對中共全方位威脅與施壓，政府將堅定落實「和平四大支柱行動方案」，通過強化國防自主、經濟韌性、民主韌性和國際合作來捍衛國家安全[1]。政府持續提高國防預算，發展國防自主能力，行政院並提出「無人載具採購特別條例」，以擴大台灣無人機產量[1]。
沈有忠呼籲中共應與台灣民選政府在對等尊嚴、不設政治前提下進行有意義對話，共同維護兩岸和平穩定現狀[1]。政府將繼續支持健康有序、去政治化與去風險化的交流[1]。在經濟方面，去年台灣經濟成長率達8.68%，失業率降至約3%[1]。
Taiwan's Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) Vice Chairman Shen Youzhong outlined the government's comprehensive approach to addressing Beijing's multifaceted threats and pressure, emphasizing a commitment to implementing the "Four Pillars of Peace Action Plan" centered on strengthening defense autonomy, economic resilience, democratic resilience, and international cooperation.[1] The government is continuing to increase defense budgets and advance defense self-sufficiency.[1] The Executive Yuan has proposed an "Unmanned Vehicle Procurement Special Act" designed to expand Taiwan's domestic drone production capacity.[1]
Shen highlighted Taiwan's economic performance, noting that last year's economic growth rate reached 8.68 percent and the unemployment rate fell to approximately 3 percent.[1] He urged Beijing to engage in meaningful conversation with Taiwan's elected government on the basis of equal dignity and without preconditions.[1] The government will continue to support exchanges that are healthy, orderly, depoliticized, and oriented toward risk reduction.[1]
