第十二批中央单位援疆干部人才抵达新疆

第十二批中央单位援疆干部人才于7月26日抵达乌鲁木齐，正式开始为期3年的援疆工作。12本批援疆队伍由130余家中央单位选派800多名干部人才组成，12较第十一批增加200余名。1援疆队伍构成多元，包括党政干部、专业技术人才和企业管理人员，其中教育和医疗领域人数占比达42%。1

中央组织部、人力资源社会保障部自1997年以来已先后组织十二批共3万多名干部人才进疆工作，推动新疆经济社会发展。12新一批援疆干部将于7月27日至8月2日在乌鲁木齐举办培训班。2相关对口支援省市选派的第十二批7400余名援疆干部人才已于5月底前进疆工作。2

Over 800 officials and professionals from more than 130 central government units arrived in Urumqi on July 26 to begin their three-year assignments supporting Xinjiang's development 12. The group comprises party and government officials, technical specialists, and enterprise managers, with education and healthcare sectors accounting for 42 percent of the total workforce 1.

The Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security have coordinated this deployment as part of a sustained assistance program that has operated since 1997 12. Since 1997, these two departments have organized twelve consecutive batches totaling over 30,000 officials and experts to work in Xinjiang, contributing to the region's economic and social development 12. Additionally, the twelfth batch of over 7,400 personnel selected by counterpart support provinces and cities had already begun their posts by the end of May 2026 2.
