The renovation project began in 2023 following the departure of longtime tenant Macmillan Publishers in 2019, and is expected to be completed in early 2027, with new residents expected to begin moving in within months of completion.[1] At $58.5 million, the top unit ranks among the rarest in New York's real estate market, with only 21 properties citywide commanding a higher price.[1]
