中共中纪委监委公布通报，决定开除中核集团前党组副书记、总经理顾军，海南省人大常委会前党组成员、副主任肖杰，以及华润集团前党委委员、副总经理韩嵩的中共党籍 [1]。三人因严重违纪违法被处分，涉嫌违反中央八项规定、搞权钱交易、非法收受巨额财物等问题 [1]。其中韩嵩还被开除公职 [1]。
顾军被指丧失理想信念，对抗组织审查，违反中央八项规定精神，搞权色交易，大肆收钱敛财，利用职务便利为他人谋利 [1]。肖杰则因无视中央八项规定精神，利用职权为亲属谋取利益，搞权钱交易，非法收受巨额财物受到通报 [1]。韩嵩违反中央八项规定精神，多次接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请和旅游安排，纵容、默许亲属违规取酬，进行权钱交易 [1]。三人涉嫌犯罪问题均已移送检察机关依法审查起诉 [1]。
China's Central Commission for Discipline Inspection announced the expulsion of three senior officials from the Communist Party of China for serious violations of discipline and law.[1]
The officials expelled include Gu Jun, former deputy party secretary and general manager of China National Nuclear Corporation; Xiao Jie, former party group member and vice chairman of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress; and Han Song, former party committee member and vice president of China Resources Holdings.[1] The violations cited against them encompassed breaches of the central leadership's eight-point code of conduct, power-for-money transactions, and acceptance of massive illicit payments.[1] Han Song was additionally dismissed from his official position.[1]
Gu Jun was accused of abandoning ideals and convictions, resisting organizational investigations, violating the eight-point code of conduct, engaging in power-sex transactions for benefits, and using his position to profit others while accumulating wealth illegally.[1] Xiao Jie was charged with disregarding the eight-point code, abusing authority to secure benefits for relatives, conducting power-for-money exchanges, and accepting substantial unlawful remuneration.[1] Han Song faced allegations of violating the eight-point code by repeatedly accepting banquets and travel arrangements that could compromise impartial execution of duties, permitting and tolerating relatives' illegal compensation, and conducting unscrupulous power-for-money transactions without regard for discipline or law.[1] All three officials have had their cases involving suspected criminal conduct referred to procuratorial authorities for legal investigation and prosecution.[1]
