新一轮购车补贴来了，多地放大招

全国多地近期陆续推出新一轮汽车购新补贴活动，涉及省级、市级、区级多个层次的优惠措施1。其中，甘肃省统筹600万元专项资金，在9月23日至10月7日期间开展补贴，10万元及以下车辆补贴2000元，10万元以上车辆补贴3000元，遵循"总额控制、先购先补、补完即止"原则1。青海省根据车价分档补贴，5-10万元车型补3000元，10-20万元补4000元，20万元以上补5000元，每人每年限享受1次，自2026年7月1日起取得发票方可申请1。

南京市第二轮补贴活动从2026年9月16日至12月31日进行，新能源车按3%比例补贴最高7000元，燃油车按2%比例补贴最高6000元1。南京雨花台区另设二手车补贴，资金总额100万元，按车价分档补贴1000元至10000元不等1。兰州市实行省市补贴双重叠加，10-15万元车型共补3200元，15-20万元共补3400元，20万元以上共补3600元1。青岛市新能源车按4%补贴最高1.2万元，燃油车按3%补贴最高1万元1。

与此同时，超过30个车企品牌已发布9月促销政策，覆盖车型超过百款1。各地补贴政策均明确不与汽车报废更新、置换更新补贴重复申领1。消费者在购车前需分清政府补贴与商家促销、核对活动与申报时间、确认补贴档位条件等，以核算实际支出后再做购车决策1。

Multiple cities and provinces across China have recently rolled out fresh rounds of automobile purchase incentives, offering multi-tiered discounts at provincial, municipal, and district levels.1 The subsidies vary significantly by region and vehicle price range, with individual consumers encouraged to carefully calculate the actual costs before making purchasing decisions.

Gansu Province has allocated 6 million yuan in special funds for a subsidy program running from September 23 to October 7, offering 2,000 yuan per vehicle for models priced at 100,000 yuan or below and 3,000 yuan for those above 100,000 yuan.1 The province operates on a "total amount control, first-purchase-first-subsidy, subsidy-until-exhausted" basis.1 Qinghai offers tiered subsidies of 3,000 yuan for vehicles priced 50,000–100,000 yuan, 4,000 yuan for 100,000–200,000 yuan, and 5,000 yuan for those exceeding 200,000 yuan, with eligibility beginning July 1, 2026 upon invoice issuance, and each person limited to one subsidy per year.1 Nanjing launched its second-round program from September 16 through December 31, 2026, providing subsidies up to 7,000 yuan for new energy vehicles calculated at 3 percent of purchase price and up to 6,000 yuan for fuel vehicles calculated at 2 percent.1

Lanzhou implements dual provincial and municipal subsidies that stack together, offering combined amounts of 3,200 yuan for vehicles priced 100,000–150,000 yuan, 3,400 yuan for 150,000–200,000 yuan, and 3,600 yuan for those exceeding 200,000 yuan.1 Qingdao provides subsidies of up to 12,000 yuan for new energy vehicles calculated at 4 percent and up to 10,000 yuan for fuel vehicles calculated at 3 percent.1 Nanjing's Yuhuatai District also offers used vehicle subsidies with 1 million yuan in available funds distributed on a first-come-first-served basis: 1,000 yuan for vehicles priced below 200,000 yuan, 3,000 yuan for 200,000–400,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan for 400,000–1,000,000 yuan, and 10,000 yuan for those exceeding 1 million yuan.1 Over 30 automotive brands have announced September promotional policies covering more than one hundred vehicle models.1 All regional policies explicitly prohibit overlapping claims with vehicle scrappage-replacement or trade-in replacement subsidies.1
